We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Texas. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering premium service and fostering customer relationships through effective telephone communication. **Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver premium service and foster customer relationships through effective telephone communication
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and resolve conflicts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent customer service experience (retail, fast food, face-to-face, over the phone) - call center preferred
  • Type 40 WPM & Hard Wired High Speed Internet (50 mbps download)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Work Environment**

  • Remote position with the requirement to live in Texas (not Houston)
  • Contract position through January
  • Must be available to work ANY shift during hours of operation: Mon-Sun 8am-7pm central

**Pay and Benefits**

  • The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
