**Job Schedule and Flexibility**

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible schedule that allows you to work from home most days. Our remote work arrangement includes:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: Remote work from home (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)
  • Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly location (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break)

**Job Role and Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service. Your duties will include:

  • Dispatching service technicians according to their schedule
  • Answering incoming service calls and adjusting technician's schedules as needed
  • Resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements
  • Matching type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency
  • Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain the Company's membership base
  • Being a good teammate to coworkers
  • Educating customers on our Membership benefits to make them lifelong customers

**Requirements and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • The ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for making customers happy
  • The ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
  • Attention to detail and proactive thinking skills

**Remote Work Requirements**

To ensure your success in a remote work environment, we'll provide:

  • A laptop and cell phone
  • High-speed internet (candidates must provide their own)
  • A quiet workspace with minimal background noise

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17-$20 per hour, based on experience (negotiable). Additionally, you'll have opportunities to earn commissions, which can average an additional $100-$1000+ per month. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
