**What You'll Be Doing**

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them understand their coverages and select the right products and services to meet their needs. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their issues, provide follow-up, and identify additional needs they may have. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and active listening will shine through as you help customers feel valued and supported.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their personal needs
  • Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales, including inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Work closely with customers to resolve their issues and provide follow-up

**What You Bring to the Role**

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Aptitude, self-discipline, and tenacity to learn about what it takes to become a licensed insurance associate, including passing the state licensing exam
  • High-speed internet (>25 mbps download and 10 mbps upload)
  • Minimum six (6) months sales experience, preferably B2B sales
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer navigation skills and experience, as this role is 100% remote
