With frequent check-ins, coaching and training, this would be a wonderful opportunity for a graduate or first jobber with strong writing skills and attention to detail, looking for a career in business development. </p><p> Rainmaker is known to be the best at what we do - advising and enabling leading marketing agencies to engage with the clients they most want to win. We do this by identifying business challenges at brands like Netflix, TikTok, PlayStation, Zara, Gymshark, Audi, Canada Goose, Sonos, Monzo, and Estée Lauder. </p><p> The role primarily involves driving results for client market engagement using our in-house resources. It would help to have a good grasp of how brands and businesses operate in the real world, plus exemplary communication skills. </p><p><strong> THE ROLE IN MORE DETAIL </strong></p><ul><li> Manage client engagement targets using our information and data platforms. </li><li> Handle responses and arrange meetings for the parties involved. </li><li> Create meeting insight packs to prepare and support our clients when pitching. </li><li> Help identify those responsible for buying our clients’ services. </li><li> Maintain your data and associated admin on our systems. </li><li> Continually strengthen your knowledge of brands, their business issues, the marketing space, and general business environment. </li></ul><p><strong> CAREER PROGRESSION </strong></p><p> As a boutique organisation we can flexibly grow and evolve the talent base on real-time progress.
