The successful candidate will play an important part in ensuring sessions run smoothly by preparing equipment, supporting students during tasks, and helping to maintain a safe and engaging workshop environment. The position provides a unique insight into the teaching and learning process within an engineering setting, making it an ideal opportunity for someone considering a future career in education. It offers the chance to develop key skills such as communication, mentoring, and instructional support, while gaining first-hand experience in a classroom environment. </p><p><b> About you </b></p><p> You will be flexible, self-motivated and dedicated to student achievement.
