Client Success Manager (Central or Eastern Time Zone)

Your Role in Our Mission:

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, people-oriented leader to serve as a Client Success Manager. This role combines relationship-building, client success support, and management responsibilities. You will work closely with our Director of Client Success, the client success team, and the UCM leadership team to coach clients in our success principles, support their teams, perform review calls via zoom, capture happy client video testimonials, and encourage upgrades and referrals. If you love connecting with people and seeing them grow—this role may be perfect for you.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • High energy personality (energetic, relational, outgoing, warm)

  • Hungry, driven, and eager to grow within a results oriented & impactful team

  • US-based, preferably in the Midwest or Southern US

  • Experience in client success, account management, or sales

  • Positive experience with Chiropractic (UC experience is a strong plus)

  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to represent our brand professionally

  • Experience leading, managing and holding team members accountable to results

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client review calls daily (also preparation and data gathering for calls)

  • Manage the client success team and get great results

  • Bring energy, enthusiasm, and relational strength to every interaction

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $40,000 base annual starting salary

  • 25% commission on all upgrades ($1000-$2000/month potential)

  • Upper Cervical Chiropractic Care 100% reimbursed immediately

Flexible Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time or 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern time & Tuesdays  11 AM to 8 PM Eastern time. 60 minute lunch each day.
