Design and document business processes, workflows, and system requirements for the Integration Hub. Analyze complex data and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the functionality and accuracy of the Integration Hub. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and report updates to project stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the Integration Hub. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the capital markets space. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide updates, recommendations, and insights. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to the Integration Hub. Demonstrate a strong understanding of FIS's products, services, and solutions to effectively support clients' needs. Collaborate with other business analysts to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned. Adhere to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
