Job Overview:

This full-time position is based at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The Branch Teller is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions, promoting banking products, and assisting with daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours, except for Sundays, is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out customer transactions accurately in alignment with the bank's policies and practices.
  • Locate and present suitable options for banking products and services.
  • Foster loyal customer connections while meeting financial obligations efficiently.
  • Follow regulations, policies, and security protocols to ensure adherence.
  • Utilize technological resources to support clients and address their issues promptly.
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of operational and administrative activities in the branch.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • Applicants must demonstrate a history of 6 to 12 months in customer service to be considered for this position.
  • Prior experience in cash handling for a duration of 6 to 12 months is valued.

  • Responsible for following compliance programs, policies, and regulations, attending necessary training, and reporting risks as needed. Additional duties may also be assigned by management as part of the role.
