This role is best suited for someone who already has at least one year of experience working on a desk and is comfortable stepping into a demanding environment where strong organization, scheduling, and prioritization skills are essential. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy managing multiple moving parts, and take pride in keeping a busy desk running seamlessly, this could be a great fit.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Support a high-volume touring desk, managing a constant flow of tasks, communications, and deadlines</li><li> Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling calls, meetings, tour-related deadlines, and internal check-ins</li><li> Maintain strong organization across contracts, offers, routing, and tour-related materials</li><li> Prioritize competing requests with speed and accuracy, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks</li><li> Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, promoters, managers, and internal teams</li><li> Anticipate needs, problem-solve quickly, and help keep tours moving efficiently<br><br></li></ul><strong>What We’re Looking For<br><br></strong><ul><li> At least 1 year of Agency experience (required)</li><li> Accounting experience (preferred)</li><li> Proven ability to handle a heavy-volume desk with professionalism and composure</li><li> Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills</li><li> Strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li> Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)</li><li> A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Why This Role<br><br></strong>This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the rhythm of touring and is ready to contribute immediately.
