Join our growing team supporting customer missions as a <strong>Analytic Methodologist </strong>in <strong>Reston</strong>, <strong>VA</strong>, and remote.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li><p>Address cultural, organizational, and methodological transformation and change</p></li> <li><p>Build teams which collectively have significant breadth and depth of understanding of GEOINT, All-Source, and OSINT analysis tradecrafts, to include a deep understanding of the available (traditional) tools and data sources that are used within these tradecrafts</p></li> <li><p>Lead several multidisciplinary teams dispersed across several facilities and classification domains</p></li> <li><p>Triage and task-organize around rapidly emerging mission requirements</p></li> <li><p>Create and manage formal, structured feedback and assessment plans pertaining to geospatial workflows and tools</p></li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:   </strong></p> <ul> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance with CI poly required to start</li> <li><p>Bachelor's degree or higher in a related discipline or 7+ years related experience</p></li> <li><p>Experience applying multidisciplinary mathematical and statistical models via programming languages to large datasets to extract patterns, relationships, and anticipatory behavioral likelihoods</p></li> <li><p>Experience with advanced analytic methods</p></li> <li><p>Experience with ABI, SOM, automation, scripting, data analysis, and data visualization</p></li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:  </strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Minimum 3 years’ experience working with non-traditional geospatial data sources</p></li> <li><p>Demonstrated experience working with OSINT/unclassified data sources to answer intelligence questions</p></li> </ul> <h2>What you can expect from us</h2> <p><em>BCore is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace.
