Job description


Curie Learning is a supplementary education program for school aged children. We have centers in Ashburn, South Riding, and/or Herndon. We are looking for a Front Desk Operator/Admin Assistant for evening hours when classes are running.
Those with experience in human resources and finance will be prioritized.
This position could be part-time or full-time. Candidates must be available at least four days during week and one weekend 1 pm - 9 pm. Other hours could be completed at the South Riding center during the daytime; a schedule will be set between management and the employee.
Starting Compensation: $17 - $20 hr (may vary depending on past experience and education)



Open Position: Administrative Assistant (FULL TIME)
Centers: Herndon, South Riding, Ashburn
*At least four week days in a week from 1 pm - 9 pm and one Weekend day from 8:30 am - 5 pm.
*Other scheduled hours are negotiable

Tasks that the employee is expected to perform include (but are not limited to):
  • answer parent inquiries.
  • set up and take down classrooms.
  • assist teachers in administrative tasks.
  • answer emails and phone calls.
  • print off documents using a computer and printer
  • operate a copy machine.
  • assist with administrative tasks such as payroll and hiring.
