Job role include establish and nurture connections with mainly medium and small customers through phone and email to Japan based customers. Act as the primary point of sales contact for new webshop buyers and inquiries, and strategically assess potential customers to concentrate on building robust, long-term relationships. Some customers may include internationally based. </li><li><strong>Collaborate with the international team: </strong>Work closely with the ASIA and international team to achieve regional and personal goals, emphasizing close teamwork, effective communication, and coordination within the team</li><li><strong>Maintain customer focus:</strong><strong> </strong>Consistently prioritize customer needs in all interactions and activities, actively striving to position the brand (1NCE) as the leading provider of IoT connectivity</li><li><strong>Sales forecasting and database management:</strong> Develop precise plans for assigned customers and keep the Salesforce database up to date with relevant and current information</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Your skills</h1><p></p><ul><li><strong>Excellent Communication Skills: </strong>Excellent communication skills, fluent in Japanese and English in wring and speaking is a must.
