Responsibilities

  • Engage declining customers via phone, video, and digital channels to drive win‑back and retention.
  • Strategically analyze reasons for customer decline and identify targeted contacts and category opportunities.
  • Meet weekly and monthly win‑back targets and KPIs established by sales leadership.
  • Consistently achieve activity goals—including outbound dials, selling time, and live contacts.
  • Provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage interactions, track activities, and maintain accurate account records.
  • Manage your funnel and pipeline through closed stages, ensuring consistent forward momentum.
  • Partner with internal teams to support customer needs and drive growth.
  • Apply Professional Selling Skills (PSS) to identify customer needs and build value‑added proposals and pricing.
  • Lead on‑the‑spot pricing negotiations while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
